At Pastiera Cakes, every order is prepared fresh and often customized just for you. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent policy while minimizing food waste and resource loss.


 

 

🕒 Order Cancellation

  • Same-Day Orders: Once confirmed, same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled, as preparation begins immediately.

  • Pre-Orders (for future dates): You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (for pre-orders).

  • The product was not delivered due to an error on our side (e.g. address mismatch, technical issue).

  • The item delivered was incorrect or damaged, with photo evidence shared within 2 hours of delivery.

Note:
Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences or minor design variations in custom cakes, as all items are handcrafted.


 

 

🔁 Replacement Policy

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we offer:

  • Free replacement (subject to product availability), OR

  • A store credit/refund if the product cannot be replaced the same day.

⏱ Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or as a UPI/bank transfer.
